These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement", "Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and BCB88 ("BCB88", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at https://bcb88.buzz ("Platform", "Website", "Services"). By registering an account, accessing the Website, or using any part of our Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

To be eligible to register and maintain an Account on the BCB88 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

• You are accessing the Platform as an individual and not on behalf of a corporate entity, unless otherwise expressly permitted by BCB88.

• You are not acting as an agent for, or on behalf of, any other person for the purpose of gambling.
• You have not been previously excluded or banned from the BCB88 Platform for violations of these Terms.
• The deposit and gambling activities you engage in are conducted using funds that are lawfully yours and not derived from any criminal activity.
• You are legally permitted to participate in online gaming activities under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction. Malaysian users acknowledge that online gambling regulation in Malaysia is governed by the Betting Act 1953 and the Common Gaming Houses Act 1953, and accept sole responsibility for ensuring their participation is lawful.

Each Player may hold only one (1) Account on the BCB88 Platform. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited. Where BCB88 identifies multiple accounts held by the same individual, BCB88 reserves the right to close duplicate accounts, void any winnings, and confiscate bonus balances associated with those accounts without prior notice.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and phone number. BCB88 may, at its sole discretion, require additional documentation to verify the information provided, including but not limited to:

• A copy of your Malaysian National Identity Card (MyKad) or valid passport;
• Proof of residential address (utility bill, bank statement dated within 90 days);
• Proof of payment method ownership (front of debit or credit card, e-wallet screenshot).

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials. BCB88 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to keep your login details secure. You must notify BCB88 immediately via live chat support if you suspect any unauthorised use of your Account.

BCB88 strongly recommends that all users enable two-factor authentication (2FA) where available to provide an additional layer of security to their Account.

BCB88 accepts deposits in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) through the following verified payment channels:

• E-Wallets: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay
• Online Banking / FPX: Maybank, CIMB Bank, Public Bank, RHB Bank, Hong Leong Bank
• Real-Time Transfer: DuitNow QR, DuitNow Online Banking/Wallets (OBW)
• Cryptocurrency: Bitcoin (BTC), Tether (USDT)

Minimum deposit amounts and any applicable processing fees are displayed at the time of transaction within the Cashier section of your Account. BCB88 does not charge deposit fees on standard MYR transactions; however, your payment provider may impose charges independently of BCB88.

All deposited funds must be used for genuine gaming activity. BCB88 reserves the right to reverse deposits, suspend accounts, and report transactions where there is reasonable cause to believe that deposits are being made for purposes other than legitimate gaming activity, including but not limited to money laundering or exploitation of payment processing systems.

BCB88 processes withdrawal requests to verified payment methods only. Players must use a withdrawal method that corresponds to a payment channel previously used for deposit, unless otherwise approved by BCB88 following a KYC review.

Processing Times

• E-Wallet (Touch 'n Go, Boost, GrabPay): Typically under 5 minutes from approval.
• DuitNow / FPX (Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, RHB, Hong Leong): Typically 5–15 minutes from approval.
• Direct Bank Wire / IBG: Typically 15–60 minutes; may extend to one business day in exceptional circumstances.

Processing time estimates reflect typical operational performance and are not guaranteed. BCB88 shall not be held liable for delays attributable to third-party payment processors, banking system outages, or public holidays.

Withdrawal Conditions

• All active bonus amounts and associated wagering requirements must be satisfied before Real Money Balance withdrawals are processed.
• BCB88 may request KYC documentation prior to processing any withdrawal request, particularly for first-time withdrawals or amounts exceeding thresholds set by BCB88's compliance team.
• Minimum withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed within the Cashier section.
• BCB88 reserves the right to delay withdrawal processing for up to 72 hours where additional verification is required.

• Bonuses are credited to the Bonus Balance of your Account and are subject to wagering requirements before becoming withdrawable.
• Wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum odds, and time limits vary by Promotion and are published in the relevant offer terms.
• Only one bonus offer may be active at a time unless explicitly stated otherwise in the Promotion terms.
• BCB88 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any Promotion at any time without prior notice, subject to any entitlements that have already been earned.
• Bonuses are for personal use only and may not be transferred, bartered, or sold.
• BCB88 reserves the right to void bonuses and any winnings derived therefrom where there is evidence of bonus abuse, collusion, or exploitation of promotional terms.
• VIP Programme tier benefits, cashback rates, and account manager assignments are subject to ongoing review and may be adjusted at BCB88's discretion based on account activity.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the BCB88 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, confiscation of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account on the Platform, whether under your own identity or under a false identity;
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification;
• Using the Platform for money laundering or any activity designed to conceal the origins of illegally obtained funds;
• Exploiting software errors, bugs, or technical vulnerabilities for financial gain;
• Using automated tools, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence systems to interact with or gain advantage on the Platform;
• Colluding with other players or BCB88 staff members for the purpose of defrauding the Platform;
• Engaging in arbitrage betting or systematic exploitation of promotional offers (commonly referred to as "bonus abuse");
• Chargebacks or disputed transactions raised without legitimate basis;
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited without lawful permission;
• Any conduct that disrupts, damages, or impairs the operation of the BCB88 Platform or the experience of other users.

All content, materials, software, design elements, logos, trade names, trademarks, and intellectual property published on or associated with the BCB88 Platform ("BCB88 IP") are the exclusive property of BCB88 or its licensors. No licence, express or implied, is granted to any User to copy, reproduce, distribute, adapt, transmit, display, perform, or make derivative works from BCB88 IP without prior written consent from BCB88.

Game content, graphics, audio, and software made available on the Platform are licensed to BCB88 by third-party game providers including but not limited to Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, PG Soft, SA Gaming, Ezugi, and Hacksaw Gaming. All rights in such third-party content remain with the respective rights holders. Unauthorised reproduction or distribution of such content is a violation of applicable copyright and intellectual property law.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, BCB88 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of, or inability to use, the BCB88 Platform or Services. This includes, without limitation, loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, computer damage, or system failure.

BCB88's total aggregate liability to any User for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the value of funds held in that User's Account at the time the claim arises.

BCB88 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. BCB88 provides the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis and disclaims all warranties, express or implied, to the extent permitted by law.

BCB88 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms and Conditions;
• Provision of false, inaccurate, or unverifiable identity information;
• Suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or collusion;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe requested by BCB88;
• Account inactivity exceeding twelve (12) consecutive months (subject to BCB88's dormant account policy);
• Request by the Player for self-exclusion under BCB88's Responsible Gambling programme.

Upon account closure, any Real Money Balance remaining in the account (after deduction of any applicable bonus balances and amounts subject to pending verification) will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method, subject to the satisfactory completion of any outstanding KYC requirements. Funds associated with fraudulent activity will not be returned.

Nothing in this clause shall be construed to affect any mandatory consumer protection rights that may apply to you under the laws of Malaysia or any other applicable jurisdiction.

In the event of any dispute arising between a Player and BCB88 in connection with these Terms or the use of the Platform, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through BCB88's internal disputes process. Players may submit a formal complaint in writing to BCB88's customer support team. BCB88 will acknowledge all formal complaints within 72 hours and provide a reasoned response within 14 business days of receiving the complaint.

Where a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal complaints process, BCB88 shall refer the matter to the applicable alternative dispute resolution (ADR) mechanism as specified under BCB88's applicable licensing framework.

BCB88 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, BCB88 will provide reasonable notice via a prominent notification on the Platform or by email to the registered address associated with your Account. The date of the most recent revision will be indicated at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the BCB88 Platform and Services following the publication of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to any revision, you must cease using the Platform and may request closure of your Account.

Minor changes such as corrections of typographical errors, formatting improvements, or clarifications that do not alter the substantive rights or obligations of either party may be made without prior notice.
